These singular features are due to the fact that the plant is harvested between April and May, being this the period of the year that the plant acquires its unique characteristics due to the climatic specificities of these months in what concerns rainfall rates, relative air humidity and average temperature.

The result is a premium grade green tea with a delicate aroma and light flavour.
